SHIPPING

May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-7 days). Email: [email protected] with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship Internationally!

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at [email protected] & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is 12-20 days during regular seasons, excluding Sundays, and may vary during holiday seasons.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping address?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders.

Can my order ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Global Mail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address after an order has been placed

Please ensure that you type the correct and complete shipping address while ordering as this cannot be changed after confirming your order.

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

In case you received a damaged parcel, please contact to [email protected] immediately. We guarantee to send you a replacement, however, since the damage happened while in transit we cannot grant any refund request as it is USPS responsibility.

Is there a Cash-on-delivery option?

Currently, we do not provide an option for COD. We will be introducing it soon.
